Why a 'Men's' Group?

I do not need help from anyone!  

A man should be self-sufficient.  

A man does not cry.

If you are like me, those are some of the beliefs you grew up with.  However, nothing could be further from the truth.  Especially in today's fast-paced world with all the bombardment coming at us, Christian men "need" the fellowship of other Christian men.  We need other men to whom we are accountable.  We need the counsel of more mature Christian men in our lives.  It was not easy for me to learn these truths but the blessings in doing so have been well worth the effort.  

My heart is in men's small groups!
